Great quality stuff. Fantastic to see polyface farms inspired practices up here. If you don’t know what polyface farms is then look it up. This is best bacon I’ve ever had in my life. The pork steak is so deep red it looks like beef. I won’t eat CAFO chlorine bleached chicken. Echo valley chicken is real chicken! It was very good as well. Good stuff, keep it up, I’ll see you every Saturday at the public market!
I ordered a smoked ham from Echo Valley Homestead for Easter this year and it was universally believed to be the best ham anyone in our party of 16 had ever eaten! Excellent quality!
Delicious, real chicken. It does not even compare to the organic store chicken,as this one was really raised happily on a farm and fed the right food. Chicken liver the best I ever had (clean ,non-fatty).
