Our Story

Our Story  Welcome to Echo Valley Homestead! We are a small farm nestled in the picturesque Upstate New York, just north of the Fingerlakes. Not long after We joined hands for life, We were brought face to face with the reality that the food we are eating today is not of the likeness of what our forefathers had when they set foot on the rich soils of America.

 With a growing awareness of how our food affects how feel as we go about our daily work and affects our outlook on life in general. And with a growing concern that is shared with many others that the food we eat is produced in a way that will provide health to us and long-term sustainability to our land.
We decided to set out on a new voyage in the spring of 2021 to be that place where people can come to get away from the heavily processed commercial foods. Our desire is to provide you with healthy nutrient-dense food that you will enjoy. We have pasture-raised eggs, broiler chickens, pigs, beef, and also maple syrup. Hopefully with more products coming.

In times like these, many want to take control of their health and are looking for alternative options. Buying local foods is a good place to start. Not only can you know the source of your food, but it also fuels the local economy and makes stronger families.
